Jack, born on April 9, 1999, passed away July 19, 2012
Jack was born in Wolfsburg, Germany to Claudio and Danielle. Jack was an amazing older brother to Giovanni, Joah-Mikel and Carolina. Sharing happy times with his parents, siblings, extended family and special friends was so important to him. Jack was an incredibly gifted boy with enthusiasm for life. He was relentless in his pursuit to learn new facts, see new places, taste all foods and live every day to its fullest. Jack was a great soccer player and an equally loyal teammate and friend. He always shared in the joy of other friends’ accomplishments. There wasn’t a morning that Jack didn’t wake up eager to go to his school. He loved his friends, teachers and the overall learning environment.
Jenna, born February 27, 2000 and passed away June 20, 2014
Jenna was Michael and Cathy’s middle child and sibling to older sister Abbie, and younger brother John. She relished her role as middle child, mediator, entertainer and all-around peacekeeper in her family. She had an uncanny ability to be happy and spread happiness. She is remembered by family and friends as making everyone feel like they were her best friend and the only person in the world that mattered to her. One of her greatest pleasures was spending time on the lake and playing with her dog, Teddy. Jenna was a gifted student and athlete, who gained more personal satisfaction from an assist than from scoring herself.
Jenna and Jack did not know each other in life, but they had many things in common. They both loved soccer and rainbows. Jenna loved baking and Jack was a “foodie.” Both were empathetic, caring young people with an incredible zest for life. They are loved and missed more than words can ever express, but their legacy continues with the JennaJackPack Project.
